I have a real passion for helping people bridge the gap between their mental and physical health.

With my background in private practice, pain rehab, and community mental health, I’ve helped clients of all ages—from children to seniors—navigate anxiety, chronic pain, depression, and more.

My goal is to work alongside you as your teammate and motivator.

My clients often say, “You really know me.” I have a genuine passion for understanding and helping people.

No matter what you’re bringing into therapy, you are not too much. I’ll laugh with you, cheer you on, challenge you when needed, and hold you accountable in a gentle way.
